Directly Post to Google Classroom from Cc!

That’s right. You can now create assignments, questions, or announcements in Google Classroom from your Common Curriculum lesson plans.

We listened to our hundreds of users who are using Google Classroom and wanted to see possible integrations with Common Curriculum. In the past few months, we received feedback like…

  • “It is double the work. I wish I didn’t have to post in both Common Curriculum and Google Classrooms.”
  • “Most teachers in my school now use Classrooms, and we wish we could integrate with Common Curriculum directly.”

… and we listened. At Cc, one of our primary goals is to reduce redundant work for teachers so they can spend more time creating and collaborating on great curriculum. Supporting Google Classroom is just one way we do this.

Start Posting Right Away.

On the lesson menu, select ‘Share on Google Classroom’. Link your Google Classroom site (if you haven’t already). Choose your class, then select if you want to share an assignment, ask a question, or make an announcement. Add additional information to your lesson and select the blue button to post. Both you and your students can view your post right away on your Google Classroom site.

Let us know how you use this feature.

We’d love to know how you use this feature to speed up your planning and support your classroom. Email us at support@commoncurriculum.com and we will share your stories with the rest of the Common Curriculum community!
