Introducing Common Curriculum 5.0! We’ve unlocked some pretty awesome stuff for back-to-school season, including free collaboration (woo!). Here are 4 ways that Cc 5.0 is gonna rock your 2019–20 lesson planning.

There’s free collaboration!

Lots of teachers told us how powerful collaborating with even just a few peers is and we listened. You are now able to share your planbook with up to 3 people in Cc Basic. Once your planbook is shared, others will be able to;

  • import your lessons into their planbook, including any resources or documents you’ve included
  • leave feedback comments and
  • co-write lessons with you!

You can copy your planbook in just one click

We’ve made setting up a new planbook even easier this year. You can now choose to create a new planbook or copy directly from a past planbook. You’ll be done setting up your schedule and templates for the whole year in under 10 minutes.

The Lesson Menu is Super Charged

The new lesson menu is full of awesome tools that will help you customize every part of your lesson plan. From the lesson menu you can;

  • edit your class settings like class name, order, and template
  • add special events and days-off
  • bump lessons forwards or pull them backwards
  • and so much more! Check it out below.

It’s Prettier and More Organized

Every teacher knows how important an organized classroom is, so why should your lesson plans be any different? We want to help tame your lesson planning and make it as joyful as possible (you might even say it’s fun). Cc’s design was getting a little stale so we cleaned it up, added some fresh bright colors, and optimized the organizational tools for the new school year.
